Dr. Owor Joseph Jakisa

He is the head of the graduate studies unit of the school of research and postgraduate studies. Joseph coordinates the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership programme (MAOL). He joined Uganda Christian University in 1998 and holds a PhD in Business Management from Kampala International University, Master of Cooperative Economics, Bachelor of Cooperative Economics from Philipps University Marburg, Germany and Bachelor of Arts in Economics, University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

He has over 20 years’ experience in university teaching. Joseph has supervised master’s students research projects and taught the following subjects; Economics, Integrity and Finance, Conflict Management, Culture, Ethnicity & Diversity, Development & Social Change, Ethics, Strategic Management, Teaching & Learning for Impact.

He is a member of the Christian Business Faculty Association, USA and Uganda Christian Teachers’ Association.
